Joana Camp is a Lead Technical Researcher at ODU with a 3.95 GPA. Her work is grounded in 28 years of lived experience , formalized in 2025 into an ethnographic study to dismantle the Bandwidth Tax—the cognitive cost of poverty. As a Heritage Spanish speaker, she applies Human Performance Technology (HPT) and Multimedia Learning Principles to solve systemic administrative friction.
