The Researcher

Joana Camp is a Lead Technical Researcher at ODU with a 3.95 GPA. Her work is grounded in 28 years of lived experience navigating federal housing, which she formalized in 2025 into a longitudinal ethnographic study. As a Heritage Spanish speaker, she uses Human Performance Technology (HPT) to dismantle the "Bandwidth Tax" for vulnerable populations.

Research lens: Applied instructional design, ethnographic insight, accessibility, and equity-centered systems improvement.
